Shipping times
Standard delivery estimates from dispatch:

- United Kingdom: 7-10 business days
- United States & Canada: 7-10 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 7-10 business days
- Latin America: 7–12 business days
- Rest of world: 7–14 business days
Processing times
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days before shipping out. You'll receive a confirmation email the moment your order is on its way.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package in real time.
If the tracking number isn't working or you haven't received one within 4 business days of ordering, email us at support@tryolivetta.com and we'll sort it out within 24 hours.
Delays
Occasionally a package takes longer than expected — customs holds, carrier backlogs, or weather can all add a few days. If your order is running noticeably late, contact us and we'll investigate immediately. If we can resolve it, we will. If it's genuinely lost, we'll resend or refund — your choice.
